Who we are

This website, poweredbyg.com, is run by Guilty Enterprises LLC, doing business as G! Marketing ("G! Marketing," "we," "us"), a growth marketing company based in Chicago, Illinois. By using this site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

The site explains our services and lets you ask for a free punch list (a short video review of your website, ads, and follow-up) or start a conversation with us. Requesting a punch list is free and does not commit you to anything. Prices, packages, and guarantees shown on the site describe our current offer. They become binding only when they are written into a signed agreement between you and G! Marketing, and that agreement controls if anything here says something different.

Forms and how we contact you

When you submit a form, you are asking us to contact you about your request. You agree to give us accurate information, including a phone number that belongs to you. We will reply by email, and by phone or text only in the ways you agreed to on the form.

Text message terms

Program name: G! Marketing Text Messages.

What we send. There are two kinds of texts, and you choose each one separately with its own checkbox on our forms. Neither box is ever checked for you.

• Request and appointment texts: a reply to the request you just sent us, call scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your punch list or account. Frequency depends on your request, usually 1 to 5 messages per request.
• Marketing texts: recurring automated marketing texts with marketing tips, special offers, and news about G! Marketing services and events. Up to 4 messages per month.

How you opt in. By checking one or both text boxes on a form at poweredbyg.com and submitting it, you agree to receive that kind of text from G! Marketing at the mobile number you entered, including texts sent with automated technology. You are not required to agree to texts as a condition of any purchase.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, then nothing else. If you only want to stop marketing texts and keep texts about your request, email info@gmarketing.digital and we will update your choice. To start again, reply START.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any text, or email info@gmarketing.digital.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. G! Marketing does not charge for texts.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number. Tell us if you change or give up the number you signed up with, so texts meant for you do not reach someone else. You must be at least 18, and the account holder or authorized user of the number, to sign up.

Privacy. We never sell your mobile number or share it, or your text consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our content

Everything on this site, including the text, design, logos, photos, videos, and case studies, belongs to G! Marketing or the people who licensed it to us. Please do not copy or reuse it without written permission. Client names and logos belong to those clients and appear with permission.

Using the site fairly

• Do not submit false information or someone else's contact details.
• Do not use the site for anything illegal, or try to break, overload, or get around its security.
• Do not scrape or harvest data from the site.

Results and disclaimers

Case studies and results on this site describe what happened for specific clients. Every business is different, and past results do not promise the same results for you. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will always be available or error free.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, G! Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that come from using this site. Work we do for clients is governed by the signed agreement for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects text messages you already signed up for, we will not use it to send you a kind of text you did not agree to.
